Shadow yoga is a form of Hatha yoga, which utilizes rhythmic breath and dynamic movement to develop strength and flexibility, vitality and balance.

 

It offers the student a path to understanding the tools they have available, and cultivates the awareness of how best to use them.

With patience and perseverance, healing and well being emerge, and our true nature is revealed.
